Just Announced: MetTel is an Official Partner for Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams

Microsoft named MetTel as a Partner for Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams, an operator-managed service. Operator Connect provides Public Switched Telephone Network connectivity between Teams and the phone system, which connects to new calling services that broadens the collaboration capabilities MetTel delivers to its customers. This partnership means that MetTel end user customers can connect to external callers anywhere from directly from within Teams. MetTel can also provide customers with service reliability, fast, automated provisioning with direct support and join technical expertise.

MetTel received the honor for equipping a large retail customer with a comprehensive SD-WAN solution that transformed its existing infrastructure. The SD-WAN deployment merged 18 disparate networks into one, provided the customer with scalability, enabling them to drive record e-commerce sales and better support their remote workforce.
