Max Silber was recently interviewed for a CIO Dive article detailing how pandemic software enabled business continuity and provided added flexibility for partners. Max predicted that purpose-built tools such as contract tracing will eventually no longer be needed and will instead be repurposed in different formats post-pandemic.
